About Emma 💗 I’m Emma, the person behind E.D Equine Intimate Health, and above all else, I’m someone who has always had a deep love and respect for animals. I’ve spent much of my life around horses and farming, and animals have always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve always believed that they deserve patience, kindness and understanding, and that belief is at the heart of everything I do. My journey into equine intimate health began from wanting to understand more about an area of horse care that can often be overlooked. I wanted to be able to provide a service that wasn’t simply about cleaning, but about taking the time to properly care for the individual horse, notice changes and potential concerns, and help owners feel more confident about an important part of their horse’s wellbeing. In 2025, I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Equine Intimate Health, followed by my Level 5 Advanced Certificate in Mare Intimate Health. Since then, I’ve been fortunate enough to build a growing client base and work with horses of all ages, backgrounds and personalities. For me, this work has never been about rushing in, getting the job done and moving on. Every horse is different. Some are confident, some are nervous, some have had difficult experiences and some simply need a little more time. I take a calm, patient and horse-led approach, allowing each horse to work at a pace they are comfortable with. Building trust is just as important to me as the clean itself. I’m passionate about making intimate health care a normal and positive part of responsible horse ownership. My aim is to provide a professional, compassionate service while always putting the horse’s welfare and wellbeing first. I genuinely feel very lucky to do what I do. Every horse I meet teaches me something, and being able to make even a small difference to their comfort, health and happiness is what makes this work so worthwhile. Qualified. Insured. Compassionate. Horse-led. Because for me, it will always be about the horse first. 🖤💗
